The Professional Shop is an integral part of Mt Maunganui Golf Club. Even if you are on a low or high handicap, the goods, service and coaching offered by the Pro Shop are there for your convenience.

Whether it is as a stop during your round to buy a drink or chocolate bar, or for Clothing, golf equipment to buy or hire all are available seven days a week from a well stocked Mt Maunganui Pro Shop.

As a member or a visitor for the day you can practice with your own clubs, or try out new clubs from our Pro Shop, where our resident professional Mike Nicholson and his assistant Ian Rentoul are available for coaching. Both Ian and former top amateur Mike Nicholson along with Adrian Campbell are there to consult on all your golfing needs. Specializing in quality club fitting, professional golf instruction and stockist's of quality name brands in golf equipment and clothing.

Just as important is the after-sales service where in most cases the Pro Shop has the skill and the facilities to service its merchandise.

This superbly designed clubhouse (opened in 1999) gives patrons a 180 degree panoramic view of the course through floor to ceiling windows stretching around the length of its upstairs dining room, lounge and bar.

It’s an enclosed grandstand where you can observe golfers teeing off the first tee and playing the twelfth and eighteenth holes while you sit in comfort with a drink and fine food.

The dining room serves morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea seven days a week and brunches in the weekend. A La Carte evening dining and private functions are available by arrangement. This superb facility is also available for weddings, cocktail parties and corporate functions.
